Classes for everyone

At The Pilates Cloud, we cater our classes to suit every level - whether you are completely new to Reformer Pilates or experienced, we have a class for you. As a boutique studio we pride ourselves on offering small, intimate classes of no more than 6. This allows us to ensure that each client receives individualised guidance, helping them perfect their technique and maximise the benefits of every session. We also have a dedicated private studio space for 1-1’s, offering a completely tailored approach to help you achieve your fitness & wellness goals.

Our Classes

  • Beginners

    Our beginners classes are perfect for those who are new to the reformer and will introduce you to the core principles of Pilates. You’ll master technique, learn the correct use of the Reformer and build a strong foundation for your Reformer Pilates journey.

    Start your practice with confidence and skill, guided by professional, safe and friendly instruction.

    We would advise that you attend at least 4 beginner classes before enrolling onto our intermediate classes.

  • Intermediate +

    A dynamic and energised full body workout. Our intermediate classes incorporate traditional Pilates exercises combined with an inspired blend of functional training to tone, strengthen and lengthen the body. A low impact, high intensity workout designed to challenge your whole body and make you feel great.

    Perfect for those looking to deepen their Pilates practice and experience a more intense, invigorating workout.

  • Collective

    An all levels classes designed to challenge and energise you, catered to mixed levels for a fun and dynamic workout.

    Move at your own pace with the support of our instructors, who will always provide optional progressions and regressions to help you push yourself safely and effectively.

    We would recommend a minimum attendance of 3 beginner classes before enrolling onto a ‘collective’ all levels class.

  • Strengthen

    An exhilarating full body workout on the reformer with the additional fusion of strength specific exercises with weights. An uplifting & challenging workout for the whole body that will leave you feeling accomplished and of course, strong!

  • Private 1-1

    Our private sessions offer a completely tailored approach to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. We work to create a personalised programme designed to evolve as you do, helping you feel stronger, more confident, and in tune with your body. Our 1-1 sessions take place in our private studio space, separate from our group class space.

  • Pilates & Pals

    Fancy a private Pilates afternoon or evening exclusively for you and your friends?

    We offer exclusive use of our studio space for a group of up to 6 people, with a private instructor led class tailored specifically to you. We will create a completely personalised session for your group for a fun and memorable experience.

    Perfect for special occasions, social events, or simply catching up with friends.
