All you need to know

  • Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates that utilises a specially designed machine called the Reformer. Consisting of a sliding carriage, springs, ropes and a foot bar, the Reformer allows for a wide range of exercises to elongate and strengthen the body, build a strong core and improve posture. Our classes combine the traditional Pilates method with functional movements to create fun, dynamic and challenging workouts for the whole body.

  • Our classes run for 50 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your class start time. This helps us to ensure that there is no disturbance to the previous class and allows you settle in comfortably before your session begins.

  • Grip socks are compulsory for our classes. These can be purchased in the studio for £12. Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing that you can move freely in.

  • There is a free public car park located just a 2 minute walk away from the studio:

    There is also parking in the surrounding streets. Please note that restrictions apply at some points during the day, so please do check before parking.
